What is a Senior Adult Apartment Community and Why is It a Good Choice for Me?

Senior apartment homes are age-restricted, multi-unit residences designed for 55+ adults with good health and mobility who want to live independently near other seniors. The designation “senior apartment homes” requires that one member of the household be at least 55.

Why Rent a Senior Apartment When I Already Own a Home?

Unless you have been renting all your life, why would you want to leave your home to rent? One big advantage is to free up equity from the sale of a home for travel and investment. Getting Here

Traveling north on Research Park Blvd. Take the Oakwood Road exit and continue straight. Turn left onto Oakwood Road NW. Turn right onto Johns Road NW. The Lodge at Johns Road will be on your right in .7 miles.

Traveling south on Research Park Blvd. Take a slight right, following signs to Plummer Road. Turn right onto Plummer Road NW. Take the first left onto Johns Road NW and go .3 miles. The Lodge at Johns Road will be on your left.
