To ensure accountability and responsibility for the benefit of all residents, everyone, even if you do not have a pet or animal, is required to complete a third-party screening and review process prior to the execution of any residential lease. Please visit https://thelodgeatjohnsroad.petscreening.com/ to create your profile. Management reserves the right of refusal of any animal. Prohibited Breeds: Pit Bulls, Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, German Shepherds, Dalmatians, Mastiffs, Wolfs, Wolfdog Hybrid, Rhodesian Ridgeback or any mix of the above or animals with a predominant physical characteristics of one of the above. Aggressive behavior toward another pet or resident will be treated as a lease violation. Visiting pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pet fee of $500 per pet. Only 2 pets per apartment. Weight limit 35 lbs. A $100 fee will apply for failure to pick up after your pet of if your pet is not properly restrained on leash. No exotic animals allowed (snakes, insects, alligators, fish tanks etc).
If you smoke in the unit, you will be charged for all fees related to smoke damage, including but not limited to: paint, carpet, duct cleaning, ozone cleaning, resurfacing tubs, etc. Smoking is permitted 30 feet away from the building. A $500 fine is issued for each offense.
